Need a hand?

Every year from 1 October to the last Friday before Halloween (30 October this year). Everything in the shop is on sale, no code needed: the sale price shows on the product page and in your bag. The struck-through price is our regular price, which was also our lowest price in the 30 days before the sale.

Order by 12 October for the best chance of delivery before 31 October. Orders are sent by our fulfilment partner and usually arrive within 7–14 business days; each costume's page shows its own delivery time and order-by date. Couriers get very busy in late October, so the earlier the better.

Use the size guide on the product page. Where the maker supplies one, it lists measurements in centimetres for every size. Some outfits use Asian sizing, which runs about two sizes small; we flag those on the page. Between two sizes, choose the larger one, or message us and we'll help.

We deliver to all 27 EU countries. Delivery is tracked and free when you buy 2 or more items or spend over €75; otherwise it's €7. You see the exact charge before you pay.

Pieces that go together, like a couple's costume or a costume and its mask. Add a whole look from its product page and it ships free; outside the sale, the pieces also cost less together (the discount shows in your bag).

No. Some items travel from outside the EU, but any import duty and VAT is paid before dispatch, so nothing is due on delivery.

Items in one order can ship separately from our fulfilment partner, so they may arrive on different days. You'll get tracking for each parcel.

Not always. Photos often show shoes, bags or props for styling. Each product page lists exactly what's in the bag under “The details”, and says what isn't included.

A small fan built into the suit pulls in air and keeps it inflated while you wear it. Check the product page for what powers the fan: most take 4 AA batteries you supply, and some also run from a USB power bank. Keep the air intake clear and stay away from open flames and sharp edges.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn with its tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't take back costumes, masks or accessories that have been worn, unless they're faulty.

Email us your order number with a photo or short video. We'll replace or refund it and cover any return postage. Everything is covered by the EU's two-year legal guarantee.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Cards are always accepted, and wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout when your device and country support them. We never see or store your card details.
